TOP 5 FASHION TRENDS WE’RE SEEING FOR FALL 21
1. SWEATER DRESSES
We are specifically seeing maxi style sweater dresses making a statement this fall/winter 21. Sweater dresses are a common staple to many while transitioning into the cooler months, however the maxi styles matched with chunky belts are creating their own new look this season.

2. BLAZERS
Again, blazers have been a staple for many as they are not only a seasonal transition piece, but also one of the easiest ways to turn work into play. Blazers are one of the most diverse pieces in our wardrobes, so it's no surprise that they are a key item this winter season. However, we are seeing some new elements, such as velvet and suede blazers, lots of plaid, and even tweed making a scene.

3. PONCHOS
This key item is one that seems to be making a comeback for the younger crowd, ponchos are not just a soccer mom staple anymore. Ponchos serve to be comfortable and effortless, two things a lot of us seek after such a whirlwind of a year. Ponchos can be thrown over just about anything, or be the statement itself if different patterns and colors as we have seen on the runways this season are used.

4. SLOUCHY JEANS
No surprise here-effortless and comfortable once again. Slouchy jeans are the best way to “try without actually trying”. Being able to throw on a baggy pair of denim with a tee and an overcoat seems just TOO simple, but realistically is one of the most on trend ensembles you can be sporting this season.

5. LEATHER, LEATHER, AND MORE LEATHER
Leather is no thing of the past. We see it pop up every year in some shape or form. Leather pants, biker jackets, even leather skirts. This season, it's all about mixing and matching with leather separates. Pairing a leather skirt with a leather shirt for example. Or even a wide leg leather pant with a turtleneck and leather overshirt. We are also seeing leather applications such as buttons on things like leather overcoats and skirts.
